Akinokaze on Dec 17th, 2014 @ 04:35 AM Note: Just because I don't like it, doesn't mean I won't try to respect it [really not sure what tone I conveyed in that message.]
Akinokaze on Dec 17th, 2014 @ 02:59 AM @polkakitty - Thanks for in the info ^_^
@Sigil - Sorry, I forgot you don't like that around here. It's just that those are both the most commonly used terms and you get used to them.
I understand the reason why you don't like them, their negative use in IRL porn, but in art it's very different. My character and many characters I know are cboy's as a gender of it's own. They are not transgender, they are not intersex, they are what they are.
I will try to remember not to use the term in future but I don't like the decision to say that why I call my character [and potentially myself someday] is wrong.
Sigil on Dec 16th, 2014 @ 11:57 PM Hey guys, just a reminder: While we used the word "c***boy" in 1st vanilla, it's a word we don't use in Furoticon any longer. Same reason we will not use "d***girl", they are not appropriate words to describe bodies! Thanks for respecting this!

polkakitty on Dec 16th, 2014 @ 06:55 PM @Akinokaze - The gender breakdowns have always been exactly equal. Each set has had an equal number of single-gender cards of each gender, and for each dual-gender card, there has been another card with the other two genders, although not all sets have had cards for all gender combinations (Di'Ahla's Awakening, for instance, has 2 each of M/H, F/O, F/H, and O/M cards, but no M/F or H/O cards.) There are only two very minor exceptions: Fortune at Vell's End has 4 F/H cards, 2 each of F/O and M/O, and 3 each of every other combination (plus the M/F/H/O Nightmare of the Jinvon, but that's evenly balanced by definition,) and Tribes of Tanglebrook has Compulsion of the Saibel, which is an M/H/O card, and is the only three-gender card in existence so far.
Statistics on characters' sexuality aren't quite so easy to collect, especially since most Furres have all 4 PEs within a few points of each other (and this kind of has to be the case for gameplay purposes, since you don't want games to just be determined by who draws the fewest Furres with 0 in the PE corresponding to their opponent's deck,) but I'd say they've definitely included the widest range of sexualities possible.
As for male characters and gay action in particular, almost all the cards featuring Sebastian/Boy Toy or Tanglebrook's Alphus Tribe (wolves) qualify there, and it seems like a lot of Male cards in Caramel Winter Break will focus on Sebastian's relationship with Caramel, several of which have already been previewed. For c-boys the most notable example is Daeven, also known as Corner Whore. There is also Ixyao, Cuntboy, but to be perfectly honest, as a rare 1st Vanilla card, it's probably impossible to get by this point.
Zeneth_Starr on Dec 16th, 2014 @ 04:50 PM Maybe it's just me, but I feel like there's a lot more power houses in this set than in previous ones.
Akinokaze on Dec 16th, 2014 @ 01:45 PM Out of interest, is there a way to see a breakdown of the gender and sexuality percentages/numbers for the game?
I feel like I almost never see you showing off solo Male or Gay cards, also I'm wondering how many cboy cards there are [Only know of one.]
Nezumi12 on Dec 16th, 2014 @ 01:15 PM @Cheetah: Shi is expensive, but well worth it and there are more than a few havens that give AP so shi's not impossible to get out. With the right opening hand, you could even get hir out by round 3 or 4.
@ dranson: Shi's imposing enough as is. Adding anything to hir just makes hir terrifying. But I love your idea.
@Firefox's built-in spell-checker: "Shi" and "Hir" are real words, dammit. Stop telling me they're wrong!
otaka on Dec 16th, 2014 @ 07:31 AM i have to agree with is dranson 13 on this one
dranson13 on Dec 16th, 2014 @ 05:21 AM yeaah im just gonna have to give this elusive and greedy
Lemonbread on Dec 15th, 2014 @ 11:46 PM One of those cards that takes time and patience to get out, but once out it's a major hassle for the opponent. Also, love the artwork.
