Rules Primer: Fellowship! New card preview!
      by Seppel

There's four new skills in Fortune at Vell's End. We revealed the first one yesterday, Fellowship, and now it's time to answer all your questions about it!

As a reminder, here's Asti:

Fellowship X means, "This Furre has a Fellowship that can fit X Furres, including itself. For 1 AP and exhausting this Furre, you can bring another Furre into the Fellowship, as long as the Fellowship isn't full."

A Furre with the Fellowship skill is known as the Fellowship Leader. Some cards, such as Zinna, refer to the Fellowship Leader, and it's good for you to know who this Furre is. The Fellowship Leader is the heart of the Fellowship -- if the Leader orgasms and goes to the couch, the Fellowship is broken apart, completely! So take good care of your Leader! (And that goes for maintaining control of the Leader and followers, too -- the Fellowship can only contain Furres you control!)

If a follower orgasms, the Fellowship retains the rest of its members. It's only catastrophic if the leader goes down, so I can't stress this enough: protect the leader!

Being in a Fellowship is a commitment. If you make a Furre join a Fellowship, it can't leave or move to another Fellowship unless another card says so. There's no possible way to make a Fellowship Leader leave its own Fellowship, so don't even bother trying any shenanigans like that! (Note that a card that makes a Fellowship Leader lose skills, such as Strip Bare, will cause the Fellowship to immediately disband. The Leader is then free to join other Fellowships. If Strip Bare is removed, the Leader will regain its Fellowship skill and immediately leave any Fellowship it managed to join. If you find any more questions about wacky interactions like this, feel free to leave them in the comments below!)

Keeping track of who is in a Fellowship is as simple as grouping the cards in a Fellowship together on the table. But, if you want a little help organizing your Furres, we've made these handy Fellowship cards!

This is what it looks like in action!

You can use dice above or below the cards to keep track of their stamina!

"Hey, Seppel, you're hiding some new cards from us in that example!"

Oh! Let me show you one!

Look at those stats! 25 stamina and 6 for all PEs! At a cost of only 5 Action Points and 2 Male Points! Wow!

Jory is Zinna's boyfriend; he and Asti are intimate friends. Without their strong bonds, Jory can't enter bed. So find yourself a merry Fellowship, convince Jory to get naked, and have sexy fun times in bed!

You'll get to see Sev tomorrow! What to speculate deeper than frontpage comments? Leave a message on the forum!

Outlast your opponents with strength in fellowship -- Fortune at Vell's End preorders begin June 1st!

love the new rules. looks like it could go both ways on if it makes or breaks your victory

Remember, a prior post talked about Fellowships of 2, 3, or 4.

So it'd be easy to pair him with a double fellowship.

Jory could be really useful if there's cheap monogamous fellowship leaders out there, to the point of being broken... though I suspect that having a small fellowship count would raise the price of a leader to begin with. It will be interesting to see just how quickly it'll be possible to get a beast like Jory swinging, though! Could make a brutal rush deck.
