The Haidar elect two figureheads to convey the will of their people. It is this pair that makes the final decisions on who to assign to the role of judge or bailiff, among other important choices that sway the political tension over Tanglebrook.
This pair is called The Flameroar Kings.

We've seen this pair before, and now it's time to find out what they do in Furoticon! It's been kept secret up until now, but multi-gender Furres are back!
Multigender Furres take pleasure equal to the highest PE that they are.
A Furre with 4 Male PE and 6 Herm PE would give 6 pleasure to The Flameroar Kings.
Let's dive right into their skills. First off, when they come into play, you have to return all your Home Havens to your hand. That sounds disadvantageous, but Lions get bonuses from Havens coming into play! The Flameroar Kings' second skill gives Lions +1 to all PEs each time a Home Haven comes into play!
"But Home Havens still cost 4 AP to play," you might be saying. Remember Lion's Den, the card that will let you play Home Havens for free if you control 4 or more lions? Suddenly this "disadvantage" is sounding great!
So now you've pumped up all your lions. But an opponent can still put out with one Furre to take your gangbang of lions. And that's where the last skill comes in: Play a non-Home Haven (any Haven that isn't Moorlands, Forests, Heights, or Outskirts) and suddenly all your lions are Greedy, which means they also pleasure the opponent when they swing!
The Flameroar Kings deliver swift orgasmic justice!

"Swift orgasmic justice". Anybody else here imagine a really adult superhero comic when they read that? Either way, I've got to find some way of working that into my regular vocabulary.

Lions are going to be very synergistic with their Havens. this card makes all those Haven card you merely debate suddenly look amazing.

This could potentially make for quite a few turns of greed, combined with Lion's Den.
