Climax 2 is coming December 1st!
As you may recall, development in Climax was cut short. Originally, Climax was to consist of eight decks, packaged in four "duel deck" boxes, but two of those boxes were cut from the set.
As I had mentioned on the Furoticon forums, Tail Kiss Studio is closing up shop. Our ambitions for Furoticon Online cost us far more than we could have imagined. However, I want to make sure I get the final cards to everyone. What does this mean for Climax 2? Well, it's a low-budget set. There are new characters and new art, but art development halted in 2016.
What form will Climax 2 take? It will be a print-and-play download with that will only be in the shop for one month. If you want unlimited copies of climax 2 decks, then you must pre-order!
So, with that said, here's some info on the final four decks!

Triskelion Duel Decks: Lady Ahla vs. Talgurin
Travel back in time to when Lady Ahla is newly elevated from her House, and a fresh face in the prestigious Triskelion Guild.
Caught between her intimate trysts with the handsome Captain of the Guard, Talgurin, and her more "appropriate" aristocratic suitors, she must navigate the tense political climate of Di'Oro while keeping her heart in check.
Lady Avila, Lord Laint, and Lady Vitelle are her closest friends...but in such a tense atmosphere, who can you really trust?

Fortune Duel Decks: Sikaah vs. Kuushik
Get ready for more adventure and sexy swallowing fun in this sequel to Fortune At Vell's End!
Sikaah's magic has been boosted by Jinvon power and now she must face a new gluttonous foe: the now monstrous Kuushik!
Kuushik has used hir newfound abilities to break hir tribe away from the continent, seeking to take over the whole world with hir transformative potions. Join Sikaah and her adventurer friends as they confront Kuushik!

KeatonDawner on Jul 25th, 2017 @ 08:07 AM I was so sad to hear about Furo Online, and that when the physical copies die, so too might the game itself (which is why I'm STILL teaching to anyone who wants to play, using my own massive collection to create decks for players) Buuuuut, I really would like to see the 2nd half of Climax get the attention it deserves.
cuddles on Jul 24th, 2017 @ 04:31 PM Nice. Will place an order some time in December.
LadySikerra on Jul 24th, 2017 @ 08:46 AM Like others have said, I'm definitely hoping for a print run, as cards you print yourself just don't have quite the same feel as ones professionally printed, at least to me. But whatever format this set happens to come in, I'm very excited for it! Di'Ahla's Awakening and Fortune at Vell's End are among my favorite sets, so I'm always glad to see them getting more love!

polkakitty on Jul 22nd, 2017 @ 11:17 PM @Kaia_Cougar - Yeah, the main issue I see is that if there isn't an official print run, there won't be a practical way to combine cards from this set with other sets, which would defeat a lot of the purpose. I would absolutely buy a physical edition if it was released, though.
Also, stupid question: since the list of conventions has been updated, what should we expect to see at those conventions? There haven't been any Furoticon events or dealer's room presence at the last few conventions I've been to; is there a plan to return for the conventions that are listed? Or is the plan just to showcase Infinite Heart Games at those conventions? If it is, I think that should be clarified in some way.

Kaia_Cougar on Jul 21st, 2017 @ 10:09 PM Really hoping for a print run. There's no way I could print the set that would fit the look and feel of my collection.
