It's time to start showing off some card previews of new newest card set: Caramel (4th Vanilla: Winter Break)!
I'm sure everyone's dying to see some cards, so without further ado, let's show off the main star of the set, Caramel!
Is that a full-art promo card?
No, that's a regular card! Caramel simply has a cost in the upper right (5 Action Points and 1 Male Point) and stats in the bottom left (10 ❤ stamina and 5 to all PEs -- Pleasuring Experience). Pay his cost to bring him from your hand into the scene on the table, then, on your next turn, start swinging with him!
Usually, there's a "skill box" that shows any special skills on a card, but Caramel doesn't need one -- as Sebastian said, "Caramel doesn't sit around and wait for people to give him what he wants -- he jumps right in and has fun taking the lead."
A Furre card has stamina (the ❤ icon on the left) -- that's how much pleasure Caramel can take before orgasming.
The four numbers below that are his Pleasuring Experience (PEs). When Caramel enters bed, that's how much pleasure he gives to opposing Furres of each gender (in his case, 5 pleasure any of the four genders). If there are no defending Furres, a swinging Furre gives pleasure to the opponent, using its highest PE. (In Caramel's case, that's still 5!)
In Furoticon, your goal is to bring your opponent's stamina down to 0. Any player at 0 stamina orgasms and is out of the game. If you're the last player (or team) standing, you win!
* * *
Caramel (4th Vanilla: Winter Break) is the 8th Furoticon set to be released. The very first set was called 1st Vanilla -- it's been out of print for a long time. To give players a chance to play with those cards, we reprint a few of them from time to time. There are a handful of cards from 1st Vanilla that are either overpowered or underpowered and will never see another printing. We get a lot of requests for cards to reprint, but one of the most requested yet least likely to be reprinted is the Seppel card.
Seppel will never be reprinted, but that doesn't mean a cameo appearance is out of the question!
But in whose card? Niko's card, of course!
Hi Niko! Hi Callista! Don't mind me; I'm just appreciating the view. ❤
Niko loves to please. He loves to please so much, that during your refill step (the beginning of your turn) you can have him pleasure any Furre in the scene! That's 6 direct pleasure, and he only takes 1 pleasure in return! He has 5 stamina, which means he can use his skill 5 times before orgasming! That's a total of 30 pleasure!
The gold mark in the bottom right means Niko is a rare card! Green means uncommon, white means common, and blue means starter-only (found only in Starter Decks). Each booster pack contains 7 common cards (one of which is a Home Haven card), 2 uncommon cards, and 1 rare card -- so count yourself lucky if you open Niko in your booster packs!
Caramel preorders begin on Black Friday -- November 28th!

Why not make a new Seppel card, though, that isn't the same as the old one?
Or a multi-character card? Honestly, I just need more fodder for my squirrel decks, but it'd also be cool to have a new Seppel card floating around some day.

i dunno... i kinda like the extended art format for cards with no need for a text box.
i've frequently been disapointed by other games having small art and empty text boxes. or worse yet, text boxes with text that doesn't apply to either the card or the game.
although an empty text box IS the perfect place for an artist to sign the card...
oooo... an idea: make a couple of cards with empty text boxes, have the artists for those cards sign & number a handful (5-6) and put them in the mix randomly for boosters.

Seppel is doing a bit more than just enjoying the view, I see that wayward paw!

Caramel not having text at all is actually kind of confusing. At least Endowed Equine had flavor text in Strawberry, implicitly indicating that he had no special skills.
Also some legitimately impressive art on both cards! Callista is CUTE though she's the only one without clothes on that card. ^^

Very awesome rare to have. Certainly a must have for those to dwindle down defenses.

I'm actually kind of disappointed that Caramel doesn't have any skills of his own. I mean, he's a solid early-game Furre, but I'd really be more likely to use Leonardo than him because Lions get so much more tribal support than Dogs.
It looks a bit weird to me now to see Seppel without his usual hat and suspenders (on the old Seppel card.)
As for the Niko card, wow. That's a really nice piece of art, and a great skill. I have a hard time imagining him not being overpowered, though. Especially considering that Luxurious Ride exists.... (Nimbus 650 is also a possibility, if you want to splash Female.)
(And before anyone asks, if two triggered skills on objects controlled by the same player are triggered by the same event, that player gets to choose which one goes off first. So if Niko is at 5 SP, you can have his skill trigger first so that Luxurious Ride takes him back up to full SP, and if Niko is at 1 SP, you can have Luxurious Ride trigger first so Niko doesn't orgasm.)

Oh I'd say you're doing more than appreciating views ya cheeky squirrel. I see that hand!
Seriously though, you three are just the most lovable triad. I can't wait to get my hands on this card.
