In Fortune at Vell's End, citizens of Kemah Karah with supernatural powers are known as Conductors and trained at academies to control their abilities. Upon graduation from their academies, they're issued passports, and are expected to confirm their time away from the city with whomever they were contracted to -- students and graduated-but-pre-Beholden status Conductors had to talk to their academy; others with their Patrons.
Want to take a trip without permission? Watcher Aluri will find you.
...

At a cost of 1 AP, 1 Herm GP, 1 energy counter, and exhausting Aluri (rotate a card to its side to mark that it's exhausted), you can make your opponent lose 1 AP. That may not seem like a lot, but very often you'll find Furoticon players holding 1 AP back for defense (if you spend all your AP, you're defenseless!).
Your opponents may think they're one step ahead of you, but with Watcher Aluri on your side, you'll catch up to them in no time!
Aluri can be found in the Grand Conductors starter deck!
Enjoy!
Command your opponents with Grand Conductors! Fortune at Vell's End is available! Order your cards now!
We're going to pause Fortune previews for now as we begin Caramel previews this weekend! Caramel's release date is December 15th, and preorders open on Black Friday!

Seppel on Nov 13th, 2014 @ 07:30 PM @Rainydaydance: Shi's a Conductor 3, so when shi enters the scene, just put 3 counters on hir. (These counters can be anything - beads, coins, even dice.) To make hir conduct, remove one energy counter.
So, shi can use hir ability 3 times, at most. ❤
rainydaydance on Nov 13th, 2014 @ 07:25 PM This is cool, nut I'm still a little hazy on conducting. Cool art work though.
