Megaplex was an amazing convention! Everyone ravaged the dealer table until there was nothing left, and all of the tournaments filled up completely! I literally had nothing left to sell by Sunday afternoon. Thank you to everyone for a wild ride in Florida!

Getting cleaned out like that is something that might happen in Fortune at Vell's End, if you hire the wrong hero. You don't want to be on the receiving end of badger-lady-who-shall-not-be-named:
The Crooked Hero is an Adventurer. As a reminder, an Adventurer starts at Level 0. When she leave bed, she gets an XP counter and levels up! For Levels 0 and 1, you use the leftmost column of stats: 10 stamina, and 2/4/3/3 for PEs. (PEs are Pleasuring Experience; they show how much pleasure he can give to each gender in the game. They're sort of like attack power, except they feel good!)
After the second time she leaves bed, she'll have 2 XP counters, which means she's Level 2. She'll get a 5 stamina bonus (when max stamina increases, so does stamina) and her PEs will increase to 4/5/4/4.
Then, finally, the third time she leaves bed, she's completed her crooked quest and maxed out her level! At Level 3, her PEs go up to 5/5/5/5 and her bonus skill is activated! If she pleases an opponent in bed, instead of giving that opponent 5 pleasure, she'll make the opponent take the top 5 cards off of his/her deck and put them in his/her discard pile! (That's what misplace means -- from the black book (deck) to the couch (discard pile).)
Each player normally starts with a 40-card deck, and 6 of those cards are drawn at the beginning of the game, meaning the deck is only 34 cards. Losing 5 cards is a lot!
It's adventure time! Fortune at Vell's End is available! Order your cards now!

Played in both tourneys as well at Megaplex, and won the Saturday ten pm one. Still undefeated with the base female strawberry deck xD
Anyway, great find and love the game! Can't wait to play again at either AC or Mega again!
All the love, and I still expect my fish and a change to the scary bee thing! haha

Seppel this is Shadow Bromide, I'm the one who cleaned out your booth. Glad I got all I did. Already got a few of my friends in Naples started to play. Look forward to next years Megaplex so I can increase my collection,

love the dude in the back with that "hey, what the...?" look on his face.
glad to hear you sold out so quickly. hopefully the dealer table enjoyed being ravaged by all those people (how much stamina does a table have, btw?)

@Mage: I have eagerly been awaiting the day I get to preview Disapproving Lizard Mom. :)
@Marchandique: Yes. :)

Yes! Best character in all of FAV: Disapproving lizard mom.
ezekiel_tyr on Jul 29th, 2014 @ 09:49 AM
so technically you could make it so a person would misplace a lot of cards if you used a few treats or ability's couldn't you
Marchandique on Jul 29th, 2014 @ 08:11 AM
Would Laced Bodysuit allow her to misplace 5 additional cards? If so, that's pretty impressive.
Kaycat on Jul 28th, 2014 @ 10:03 PM
Kinda cool. More misplace stuff is always cool and this one seems fun. Don't fall into the UB trap of only letting them do the one thing.

Yea I had a great time at megaplex. Got to play in both tournaments and have a lot of fun. I didn't win but I managed to pick up some cool new cards. Can't wait to play again.

Holy... that is ridiculously nasty.

Glad to hear of such popularity for the franchise.
