Let's continue our list of chase rares!
What is a Chase Rare?
A "chase rare" is a card that players seek for its power, rarity, and just-plain-awesomeness.
In Furoticon, there are multiple rarities for cards. You can see a card's rarity by looking at the color in the bottom-right corner:
A green blotch means the card is "uncommon!"
Here are the rarities:
Common: Cards that you can find relatively easily.
Uncommon: Cards that are a little harder to find.
Rare: The hardest-to-find cards.
Starter-only: These cards are only found in starter decks. You will never find one in a booster pack!
We also have a few cards that are a super-rare "promo" rarity, and they currently use the same gold color as Rare cards.
All of the promo cards are chase rares, and a good portion of 1st Edition is also "chase" in its own regard, so I won't be including them in this article. What I will be including are the other gems found in each set.
Today, let's look at Strawberry!
Strawberry came out in Summer 2013, and it's still available in the shop, so the full value of these cards is not fully realized yet. We also experimented with a hybrid "living card game" style for Strawberry, so all but six of the rares in the set are available in the starter decks.
First up, All Mine:
Though not as valuable as the Triskelion version of the card, lots of fans are happy to see Lily showered in gifts!
Next, Dray of Squirrels:
Dray of Squirrels is one of the most fun cards where you can pull off multiplayer shenanigans! Is one opponent defenseless? Then all opponents are defenseless! You've got a full dray, so they can go out and please everyone they want!
Finally, there's Shared Experiences!
While Dray of Squirrels is fun in multiplayer, Shared Experiences is hilarious! With 2 or 3 of these in the scene, the game will be a mayhem of drawing and discarding cards! With Shared Experiences, it's not uncommon to have 13 cards in your hand on someone else's turn!
Remember, if you have any of these cards, keep them safe, and keep them in mint condition!

Man, that Dray... I almost felt bad about using it back at FC. Now I want to build my multiplayer deck around it.

@Taz - lol, I wish. Sadly they can't truly know the sought after rares of a set they haven't released yet, now can they?
@Seppel - LCG huh? So that's what was up with that set! I'm curious to know how you feel that experiment went.

If this eventually leads to a "Chase Rares of Vell's End," I will be SO stoked!
