You guys are so patient through all of these!
We've received word that the novel won't be printed and shipped to us for at least another two weeks.
Seppel and I have discussed our options, and this is what we've decided to do:
* National Gold Tier: Awakening Box orders will be shipped promptly, and the adjoining novel will be sent out as soon as they're available to us.
* International Gold Tier: Awakening Box orders will be shipped out as soon as we have the novels.
This is to cut down on the resulting shipping costs that will crop up, and we're sorry for any inconvenience that you may experience due to the delay!
Please email me if:
* You would like us to hold onto your book until Further Confusion.
If you're attending FC 2014, and are fine with picking your book up there, please let me know sometime in the next week or so!
* You would like us to delay in shipping your (national) order until the book has arrived.
Want your whole package together? Can do. Just let me know ASAP, as those orders will be going out tomorrow!
You can also comment below, but an email means I definitely have a record, and can respond to you easily. callista[AT]furoticon.com !!
Thanks for your patience and support, guys. I promise this sort of delay will be a thing of the past once we get into the new swing of the Set Schedules come 2014!
Sorry, comments are closed for this article.

All right, thanks, Seppel. Looking forward to the new set and the vignettes.

It's a sentence about the size of the stage during the Day of Ascension. There's like two words missing. :V
BlueJay on Dec 31st, 2013 @ 12:58 PM
@Nezumi12 -- I know it makes them collectible, but it's still an error that causes a lot of embarrassment to a writer and publisher. More people would rather avoid it than have it. I don't hate it, just pointing the detail out.
@Seppel -- glad to hear of the fixes. What was the one sentence? I doubt I'll ever order a second edition for myself just to find out, and I'm giving the spare to a friend.
Seppel on Dec 31st, 2013 @ 10:25 AM
The misspelling on the spine wasn't our fault! XD
But yes, it's fixed in the second edition, along with a few spelling errors and one sentence that was never finished.
Nezumi12 on Dec 31st, 2013 @ 01:08 AM
@ Snowstorm & BlueJay: you know, that error makes them collector's items. above and beyond being first printing, that is.
i've got a Harry potter book with an major continuity error that was fixed in the second and subsequent editions. mistakes like that are used to prove which printing/edition a book is and makes them that much more valuable.
Snowstorm on Dec 30th, 2013 @ 05:53 PM
@BlueJay - You're not serious, are you?
... *checks book*
Yep. Regin. *sigh*
BlueJay on Dec 30th, 2013 @ 03:36 PM
Will the new printing have correct spelling on the book's spine? Because my current copy has "Regin" instead of "Reign." Not a huge issue, but a little eyebrow-raising.
Also, glad to hear that I'll be getting the bulk of the order sooner as opposed to later.
