Was looking at Drachin Chosen too Taz. I was not around when that set came out, but I'm guessing Tighten Up was the reason to add the remove from the game line to the card.

I feel like I am always going to have trouble pronouncing/spelling "effluerage". XD

Wait, never mind. Forgot about the "if you didn't play it from your hand" clause. RIP the dream. :<

@Nezumi12: Very good point, but the point remains that the Trendsetters themselves are a fairly poor target for Silk Karada. In the Di'Oro deck, you want to alter several different Furres at once!
@Seppel: If Cuddles is right, Trendsetters suddenly makes Drachin Chosen playable! They even have the Dragon-typing themselves! Oh man, now I want to make that deck! :D
Seppel on Nov 22nd, 2017 @ 05:55 AM
@Cuddles: You are correct!

If I Hibernate Prolonging Pendant onto Trendsetters, the one would enter with dream counters on it and the copy just be on them without dream counters right?
Nezumi12 on Nov 21st, 2017 @ 06:22 PM
@Taz: you're right on the cost of copying Silk Karada, but i'm pretty sure you could use copied alterations as payment for Silk Karada, so using Trendsetters in combo with it is still viable, just as long as S.K. goes somewhere else.
ezekiel_tyr on Nov 21st, 2017 @ 02:27 PM
wow could make this card really op if you have the right setup
Taz on Nov 21st, 2017 @ 01:22 PM
Correct me if I'm wrong, but a copied Silk Karada would still count as "entering the scene," and each would require eliminating three of your Alterations or self-dismissal. Furthermore, the only stackable bonus you would even get from that would just be a second instance of Determined. Not worth the cost, but that's just my opinion. :P
Two other Alterations in the Di'Oro deck that go exceptionally with Trendsetters are Masks of Di'Oro (search up two more Alterations on orgasm!) and Laint's Oration (double the rate of PE increase!), so try playing them with either one of those in hand! Outside of Climax 2, consider combining them with cards like Dick Doubler for a 12-PE powerhouse, Slave-Trading Cell for extra-tricky shenanigans (though beware of opposing Cells!), and Suspension Bonadge for +4 SP to yourself and them every turn! (Goodness, funny how all the best Alterations for Trendsetters all come from the same setting! Imagine them with a card like Spreader Bar from the original Triskelion: instant 35 Stamina! Ridiculous!)

Yeah I'm definitely going to be making a custom deck using these cards
