-> Intermission, Part 6.
Surviving constructs go into hiding; some travel north to sail or fly back to their spirits' homeland. Their return hails a new age of discovery, jumpstarting an industrial revolution that wouldn't expand beyond the small island for years to come.
The remaining thousands of citizens migrate to the west at various speeds.
What was once Kemah Karah is now an abandoned desert.

@Nezumi: The Jinvon are a tribe of settlers from Jembravonti (a country on the smaller continent where Heist takes place, north of the Kemah Karah continent). Creyta was the first to discover their spirits. With the help of Ahlooka's conducting powers, Creyta started giving the spirits mechanical bodies to control, using Ahlooka's "Breath of Life" to connect it all together. Her work was limited by the Jinvon Nightmare (though there were more than just Jinvon spirits, Jinvon were by far the most common). Sikaah meets Creyta, learns of the Jinvon history, and defeats the Nightmare. Even though their curse was lifted, their spirits remained, and Creyta was happy to have a new supply of spirits to tinker with. After the Magic War, the surviving Jinvon journeyed back home, where life had continued without them. They were able to spread Creyta's teachings to a new world, though with a limited supply of "Breath" preserved (and no known sources to make more), the creation of new constructs dwindled through the generations.
@GlitchFlux: Mid'sa is just like other constructs, except it had a hide and stuffing created for it. Arman'ka got some clothes. :P

i'm slightly confused.
i get that the constructs moved north towards what i'm assuming is a port of some kind. but do they all travel from there to the same land, or do they come from different lands and as such go to a variety of other continents/countries/whatever?

Interesting things going on. Does this mean that in this world, when you die your reincarnated in the form of a construct? And why is glisten's lizard a construct when it's not a robot of sorts?
