Applications for playtesting the next Furoticon set are open until the end of the month (next Wednesday!)!
Playtesting will be for about four weeks from October 1st to October 31st.
The tenth Furoticon set is nearing completion! Get caught up in the Climax!
We need your Furoticon skills to make sure we didn't overlook anything! Is there a card that's way too powerful? Is there some broken combo that ruins the game? Is there a card that costs too much for too little in return?
Now's your chance to make a difference and play before the set comes out! We have our own chat set up to play games online, and anyone who can play reliably is welcome!
* Be able to play at least two games per week and write a report on each game played. That's 4 weeks, so 8 games minimum. If you don't play, you'll be removed from the playtesting group.
* Good typing skills and a grasp of the English language.
* The ability to both give and take constructive criticism in a professional and positive manner.
* The ability to keep information private. Do not share any information about Furoticon with anyone outside of the playtesting chat. That means you can't even share just one card with a friend or loved one outside of the playtesting chat.
* A valid email address.
* Knowledge of card games NOT a requirement.
I will accept at least 20 applications!

Seems like we're getting a lot of new decks lately. This game is headed in a good direction. I'm rather tempted to playtest these but i'm not sure what time the games would be.

on Sep 24th, 2015 @ 06:46 PM@Zeneth: Scheduled games in playtesting are typically for things such as draft and sealed playtesting. Playtesters are encouraged to playtest freely among themselves at whatever time they have available.Zeneth_Starr
on Sep 24th, 2015 @ 06:41 PMI was considering signing up, but Kaia informed me most of the scheduled game times will probably be at 5pm Pacific and that's right when I get off work.Otlan

The phone number is for legal safeguard, not because it's actively used. You should definitely sign up!Marchandique
on Sep 23rd, 2015 @ 06:21 AMCan a person living in the Netherlands join the playtesting? I can play in the American nights on Friday and Saturday, so when it comes to times it's no issue. The webcam tournament participants should know I'm bonkers. But I also need to enter my address and phone number. I'll have to track down the netcode of my country to enter it, but will the phone number be actively used?
